Frequently asked questions
Everything about how the tours work: format, age, price, the app and support.
How the tour works and what it feels like
What is a LooksArt tour?
It is a mobile adventure that turns a walk around the city into an engaging game for the whole family with children: a carefully planned route through landmark yet non-touristy places, an interactive story with the characters Una and Arkebot, mini-games, riddles and an audio guide, plus a real gift at the end of the route.
Is it a tour or a game?
Both! It is a guided tour turned into a story-driven game with missions, characters and tasks.
How long does the tour take?
Usually 1.5–2 hours, but you can go at your own pace. You can pause the tour and continue later — even the next day.
Do we have to follow the route exactly?
There is a recommended route, but you are free to explore the city at your own pace.
Is there a reward at the end?
Yes! At the end of every tour there is a real gift for the little Hero.
What if we get stuck on a task?
You can simply skip it and carry on.
Do parents take part or only the children?
It is an adventure for the whole family — parents are part of the team, not chaperones.
Is it suitable for families with a pushchair?
Yes, the route is family-friendly and includes stops for a rest.
Is there an audio guide or do we have to read?
There is both narration and visual material — it suits any age.
Is the tour more educational or more entertaining?
Both: a fun story built on real historical facts — useful for school as well.
Is there a fixed start time?
No, you can start at any time — the tour is completely flexible.
Can we take the tour over two days?
Yes, you can pause and continue later — your progress is saved.
Age and engagement
What age is it for?
Perfect for children aged 7–12, but the whole family enjoys it. It is designed for ages 7–14, and teenagers like it too.
Does it work for siblings of different ages?
Yes, the game encourages teamwork — everyone has their own role.
What if my child does not want to play?
Everything starts straight away, with no long introductions; the tone is playful rather than “schoolish”; the tasks are short and visual, and the child is the main character. If they do not enjoy it, you can pause, skip or start over.
What if my child does not like history?
Great! This is not a school lesson — history comes through adventure and action.
Price and purchases
How much does the tour cost?
From €29 for the whole family — the price depends on the tour.
Is it a subscription or a one-off purchase?
A one-off purchase — no subscription. A single payment covers the whole family; there is no need to pay per child.
Is there a free demo?
